What should we wear?

A few things we suggest you try and avoid: Bold patterns and busy logos, matching outfits, and solid white and miniskirts. Your family does not have to wear black and white to look fabulous for your session!

Newborns are best photographed in their birthday suit. Simple onsies are fine.  I have a collection of fun hat, tutus, and other newborn props available. Moms should wear a simple black or white tank or a short sleeved shirt Simple is best, avoid patterns.  Dad may wear a black or white t-shirt. Dad may also bring a long sleeved black shirt for specific poses.  Dads that are comfortable bearing their chest please do. These can make very precious images with daddy and baby.

If you are displaying large wall canvas we suggest that you coordinate your outfits to match your home decor.  If your session is just for fun feel free to be colorful, fun, and funky.  You may bring unlimited outfit changes. Pick a fun color pallet and coordinate from there.  For family session we recommend no more than two outfit changes.  For children we recommend no more than three because children can often become frustrated with many outfit changes.

Seniors feel free to bring unlimited outfits! Be fun and show your personality. This time is all about YOU! We do recommend avoiding large logos.
