Below are some of the most common questions clients have. If you have any questions that are not answered here please do not hesitate to contact me at any time.

Session information:

I strive to create a fun and relaxed environment for you and your family during your session. I want to capture you in the most natural moments. My goal is for your session to be as unique as you are. I Love to capture the playful moments that children bring to a session. Please don’t get upset with your child if they act a little difficult. Sometimes it’s hard to look adorable on demand. Please let me get to know your child & I promise I can usually work some magic and get the images you have dreamed of.

What to expect:

I do my best to customize your session to tailor you & your family needs. Your session will last about an hour to and hour and a half (depending on your child and the type of session you have booked). I only photograph during the golden hour, which is about an hour before sunset. I shoot at two different locations so that I can keep all of my sessions as unique as possible. Many of the locations I use are privately owned. I absolutely do not shoot on Sundays. This day is reserved for my husband and children. My goal is to provide you with a variety of different images that you will cherish for a lifetime. I offer a beautiful variety of boutique children’s wardrobe and maternity wardrobe for completely stylized sessions.  Do you have an amazing idea that you would like to see come to life? Let me know & we will work together to create an amazing session.

Booking your session:

Once you have decided that I am the photographer for your family, we will decide upon a date and your creative fee is due to secure your spot on my calendar. We will have a phone or email consultation to discuss wardrobe, location, posing, your vision, and other ideas regarding your session. A welcome packet will be sent via email so you may sign your portrait contract, model release form, and answer the client questionnaire.  A product guide will be included in your welcome packet.

After your session:

About 2 weeks after your session you will be presented with an online gallery of your images. At this time you may schedule an in-person ordering session or an ordering session by phone. We will go over your vision for your images, what products you love, and what collection best suits your family.

Will I receive every image from my session:

No. I take multiple photos to ensure I don’t miss a shot. For this reason I only choose the very best images from your session to display in your gallery. My job is to provide high quality beautiful images rather than a large quantity of images. I do not sell unedited images or RAW images. I only show and sell beautiful hand crafted images.

What if I need to cancel my session:

Should you need to cancel your session for any reason a 72-hour notice is required. Failure to give notice of a cancellation will result in a non-refundable creative fee due to loss of opportunity to schedule other bookings. Oklahoma weather can be super crazy, and should the weather not cooperate with our session date you will be given the option to reschedule your session with no penalty. Please note that weather cancellations are at the discretion of Ashley Reece Photography.
