Hello there, mama. I see you. I feel you. Staring at your babies wishing they could stay this little for a lifetime. Never outgrowing your arms, or turning their cheeks when you bend to kiss them.
It is so cliché to say “babies don’t keep” but it’s true. They don’t keep. Maybe you have already noticed the subtle changes from baby to toddler to young boys and girls, to teens. Each day we witness these ever changing personalities and think why can’t you just be that little again? I imagine if you have found yourself here you are in the place where you never want to forget a single detail. I’m there too, mama. My babies aren’t babies anymore and I envy you the images that you will be able to hold on to for a lifetime. I’m so honored that you are considering me to tell your story. I find beauty in simplicity, emotion, connection, and beautiful light. I believe that every mama has a wonderful story to be told no matter the season you are in. It is my desire to create enduring portraits that are not only beautiful and emotionally moving but that really tell your own personal story of motherhood.
A Storytelling journey with me is wholly focused on taking the time to really appreciate the sweet snuggles that are growing few and far between, simple details, the art of discovery, and the subtleties of affection. These sessions are not your typical portrait session. They are real, raw, and capture the moments versus the poses. If you are looking for a traditional sit and smile for the camera or “say cheese” portraits, then I am not the photographer for you because more often than not, I am going to ask you to look away from my camera. I want to capture your moments, not your poses.

These sessions are for the beautiful mamas (because you totally are!) and expecting mamas who want to dance in the meadows, hike the mountains, and splash in the creeks with their babies. Mamas who want to truly let go and just “be,” all while I capture these moments that can never be relived. For one hour I ask you to let go and be your most authentic selves. Snuggle your babies close, embrace your pregnancy, and love on your partner. I love details and emotion, the precious moments of you embracing the rawness of motherhood, or sneaking a sugar from your sweetie… I love everything about these special moments, and I can’t wait to document them for you.

Unposed, real, and raw, these sessions are perfect for capturing the beauty of motherhood, and pregnancy here in Oklahoma or wherever your heart desires. I am always up for an adventure!
**Book Maternity & Newborn Sessions together to save!
A $150 Creative Fee is due upon booking to save your session date. The remaining balance is due one week before your session date.
Each session includes your sunset session at a stunning location, complimentary consultation to plan your session details perfectly, assistance with wardrobe & access to my client closet, and 30 handcrafted full resolution images from your session with the option to upgrade your gallery.
** Milestone sessions for babies and toddlers are offered for current newborn clients. Please inquire for more information.
After Pay & Personal Payment plans are available, and discounts are given when maternity and newborn sessions are booked together. *Travel fees may apply to areas 40 miles outside of Temple, Oklahoma.
Final Note – As a busy mama of three, I advise you to please book your session as early as possible. My calendar does fill up quickly, and I am only able to take a limited number of newborns each month.

Let Me Answer that
After you have completed the contact form you will receive a welcome email. Once you have decided that I am the photographer for you, let me know and I will send you my available dates. You will choose your preferred date, sign your portrait contract, and pay your creative fee. Once this process is complete, we will set up a time for a phone or Zoom call consultation to go over the details and your vision for your session.
I offer After Pay and Personal Payment plan options if it suits your family’s needs.
Upon booking you will receive an invoice for your creative fee. This payment gets your session saved on my calendar. Your session type and payment plan arrangements will depend on how the next invoices are issued. Your final balance is due in full one week before your scheduled session date.
I am located in Temple, Oklahoma but I am available for travel around the world. I love to photograph mamas and families outside during golden hour! I currently have an in-home studio space on our family farm, but I am excited to be breaking ground on a custom build studio this summer!
All outdoor sessions are photographed 1 hour before sunset so we get that gorgeous golden hour lighting! Trust me, you want this light. It is STUNNING!
Yes!! I love doggies. I am a Boston mama myself. As long as your pup is non aggressive and you bring a leash (Refuge rules) they are welcome. You may want to bring some water for them as it gets HOT in Oklahoma!
You will receive your soft proof gallery within 2 weeks of your session date so you may choose your favorites. Then once the painting process is complete you will receive your finished, beautifully hand painted images via online gallery about 4-6 weeks after your session date. You will then be able to download your images and print release form your online gallery and upgrade your gallery if you choose. I do not release copyrights, RAW images, or unedited images from your session.
Absolutely! Styling can really make your session more special. I will walk you through each step of the styling process with you. I offer the experience of a client closet for my clients too! I have carefully curated a closet of beautiful hand-picked and custom-made clothing options for mamas and their babies. My client closet is part of my client experience and free for those who choose to book a session with me.
For newborn sessions I like the minimal approach. I like a monochromatic style using earthy and neutral colors. I will send you a detailed questionnaire regarding your color and style preferences, and I will walk you through each step of the styling process. I offer the experience of selecting only the best and most unique props to use with your newborn session.
Yes! I would be thrilled to come to you or meet you at an amazing destination or document this season in your home! I love to travel and would just love to have an adventure with your family. Travel fees for In home sessions are additional for areas outside 40 miles of temple, Oklahoma. Travel fees such as flight, vehicle rental, and hotel/lodging are additional for Adventure sessions. These costs may be divided if more than one session is booked.
If you have been in Oklahoma long you know we have the CRAZIEST weather here! Unless it is pouring rain or tornadic activity, we will have our session as scheduled. I do not reschedule because it is cloudy. Sometimes the clouds give a totally different feel to the session.
